The cookies stored on your computer cannot be used to retrieve any data from your hard disk, transmit computer viruses or identify and use your e-mail address. Each cookie is unique in relation to the browser and device used by the User to access the Site.
* Type of cookies used
Callegari uses only so-called technical cookies, i.e. cookies that serve to make navigation and use of the Site faster and more efficient.
More specifically, these are:
Necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for browsing the Site; they allow functions such as authentication, validation, management of a browsing session and fraud prevention.
Functional Cookies
These cookies provide additional functionality and allow you to track your choices, such as language selection or font size.
Performance cookies
These cookies keep track of the pages you visit most frequently and your activity on the Site. They also allow the immediate identification and resolution of any technical issues that you may encounter while browsing the Site. The information that these cookies store is aggregated, anonymous and is not used to collect personal data for advertising purposes.
Session Cookies
The purpose of the session cookies used is to speed up the analysis of Internet traffic and facilitate User access to the services offered by the Site.
No personal data is acquired by the Site in this regard. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e. systems for tracing users.
The use of session cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the Site.
The session cookies used in this Site avoid the use of other computer techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
Proprietary and third-party cookies
The above-mentioned categories of cookies are used directly by Callegari; they are, therefore, “proprietary cookies” coming from the Website.
However, technical cookies from third party websites are also used, and therefore third party cookies, which are released on the User’s computer through the Website: these are so-called “third party” cookies.
These are so-called “third-party” cookies, i.e. cookies that are used by website operators to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site, and thus to develop general statistics on the service and its use. The analytical cookies used by Callegari are those made available by Google Inc. through the Google Analytics service. Google Analytics uses cookies to enable the Site to analyse how Users use the Site. The information generated by these cookies on your use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google Inc. on servers located, in all likelihood, in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify individual users on the basis of the data obtained from the processing. In this regard, please refer to the cookie policy and consent form on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it, through which you can deactivate the Google Analytics service and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google Inc.
This Site does not use profiling cookies, either “proprietary” or “third party”.

Please note, however, that the consent requested through the aforementioned banner refers exclusively to the use of “third party” technical cookies, and not to proprietary technical cookies.
In order to deactivate the use of proprietary technical cookies, the User will have to change his/her browser preferences, as indicated below.
If the interested party refuses to use cookies, they will not be used but the possibility of providing services will be reduced. In the latter case, some of the Site’s functions may not work perfectly and some services may not be available. Cookies cannot and will not be used to collect Users’ email addresses, nor will they be used to obtain information from the hard disk or personal or sensitive data.
However, each User has the right to deactivate cookies through the software used to consult the Internet (so-called “browser”). Many browsers are set up to accept cookies in the absence of different instructions from the User.
For this reason Callegari invites Users to check the settings of their browser with reference to cookies, and to adjust them according to their preferences.
